Positive: I liked that it was directly at the Cleveland Clinic where I had my appointments and easy to navigate the hospital from the hotel, without even having to go outside. Excellent breakfast service at the onsite restaurant, fast, good food and delivered with a smile.
Negative: Room service forgot to bring a spoon for the soup I ordered and also brought the wrong soup - I ordered mushroom and they brought chicken noodle and when I phoned down they said they had run out of mushroom go gave me that, without asking me - I suggested the tomato soup was a better vegetarian option and they brought that up and did not charge me for any soup.
Summary: Perfect for what I was in Cleveland for.

Negative: I think the rooms would have felt more cozy if they were painted in a neutral color. The white paint is so cold.

Negative: Price gouging of your valued customers by big profitable corporations is such an unpleasant thing to do. Especially for patients at the Clinic. I I was naive and unfamiliar with the area so I paid it. But that room simply wasn’t worth the ridiculous price of $488/night. Because of that, I’ll take my business elsewhere and then do a taxi for my Clinic visits.
Summary: Pleasant facility. Obscenely overpriced. This is Cleveland. Not Paris or New York.
